This was all the data we had to go on, and we decided that we could try and find a way to help. And it had to be FREE. Video seemed to be the most obvious choice, but it comes in so many different flavours that it can be tricky to see what works, and what doesn’t. We decided to get to work with over 100 HR professionals currently leading recruitment campaigns, and ask them what it is that they want to find out from the first interview. We thought, if we can get this information from the candidate earlier in the process, it would give them a fighting chance of standing out against all the other candidates.

Our survey showed these as the top three questions that hiring managers want to ask when they interview you:
