Your Role:

As a pivotal member of our Customer Success team, you'll be entrusted with a diverse client portfolio, guiding them through an impeccable onboarding process, comprehensive training, and ensuring they leverage our platform to its fullest potential. Your ultimate goal? To solidify enduring partnerships, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive meaningful adoption and engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion the onboarding and continuous education of clients, ensuring they're equipped to maximise the value of any of our products.
  • Monitor engagement metrics closely, identifying and mitigating churn risks by enhancing customer health and loyalty.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on Odro’s functionalities, delivering insightful webinars, on-site workshops and account reviews with confidence.
  • Forge strong collaborations across departments to streamline the customer journey, from Business Development to Technical Support.
  • Utilise data analysis to deepen your understanding of user interactions and inform strategic decisions.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned professional with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales or Recruitment.
  • A master multitasker, capable of juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, autonomous environment.
  • Technically savvy, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to organisation and time management.
  • An outstanding communicator, adept at building relationships and comfortable navigating a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive initiator, always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
