When Gary Wills was placed on Furlough back in April he set up the free initiative, FurLearn, to not only keep himself busy but to support the many others who found themselves in the same boat. The aim of the project was to provide free, thought-provoking online events for furloughed and job searching talent. 

Since launching in April, Gary has expanded FurLearn to a team of 14, all volunteering their time to the community. Supporting and motivating over 1,700 job searching professionals, including a large volume of recruiters. They’ve welcomed virtual guests from all over the globe, including day-time TV superstar Mr Motivator! 

A few months back, Nick Beecroft, Odro Veteran and Growth Lead, ran a webinar alongside Gary Wills. Nick shared hints, tips and how to best prepare for video interviews in a world that couldn't meet face to face. And from this day onwards, Nick never shut up about how great Gary and Furlearn are. But it turns out, the feeling was mutual.
